This Form is where you Nominate Your Teachers, Students, Friends and Associates

You will recieve a confirmation Email of your Nomination

Please Read This Carefully

before Nominating any Martial Artists

 

Award #1 to #18 are Prestigious Hall of Honors & Spirit Awards. 8th, 9th & 10th Degree Black Belts Only and are Board Certified before you can Nominate them for one.

 

These nominations MUST be followed up with a Full Bio, Rank Certificates from your Instructors ( not a Outside Organization ) Rank Certificates from 1st Dan to  8th Dan, and recommendations from 2 Higher Ranks.

 

Awards #19 to #33 are for 1st to 10th Degree Black Belts ( No Board Certification required )

 

For Pioneer Awards, it is required that the nomination must be followed up by recommendations and a National or International community noted System, Organization,  etc.
(NOTE: very few are presented every year )

 

We hold this requirements so we hold are awards at a high standards.
